Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli chopped into small florets
- 1 lemon or lime juice of
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- herbs and seasonings as desired (optional)
- 1 recipe Creamy Nut Cheese
Instructions
- Rinse and chop broccoli and steam until tender (about 5 minutes).
- Make creamy nut cheese.
- Press garlic, if desired, into cheese.
- Add herbs or seasonings if desired and mix well.
- Pour cheese over broccoli.
- Serve warm.
