Keto Chicken Drums: Baked or Grilled
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 T butter, melted
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Pre-heat the BBQ to medium high or pre-heat the oven to 400 F.
- Pat chicken drumsticks dry and coat with melted butter. Sprinkle thyme, garlic powder and paprika onto all sides of each drumstick. Salt & pepper each drum lightly. Grill or bake until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 185 F.
- If grilling, flip the drumsticks every 5 minutes or so. It will probably take around 25 minutes to grill the drumstick or 30-40 minutes if they are in the oven. Use a thermometer to decide when they are done!
