Keto “Chocolate” Cookies with Almonds
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 2 cups ground almonds
- Pinch of tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted2 Tbsp almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup stevia sweetener or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 340F/170C degrees. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the salt, cocoa powder, almond meal and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract and stevia sweetener.
- Combine the almond milk mixture with coco/almond meal mixture and stir well.
- Pour the batter in a prepared baking sheet.
