Keto “Chocolate” Cookies with Almonds

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 cups ground almonds
  • Pinch of tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted2 Tbsp almond milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup stevia sweetener or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 340F/170C degrees. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine the salt, cocoa powder, almond meal and baking soda.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract and stevia sweetener.
  • Combine the almond milk mixture with coco/almond meal mixture and stir well.
  • Pour the batter in a prepared baking sheet.
