Keto Mediterranean Pork Chops
- 4 pork loin chops, boneless
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Season pork chops with pepper and salt.
- In a bowl, mix together garlic and rosemary.
- Rub garlic and rosemary mixture on each pork chops.
- Place pork chops on a roasting pan and roast in a oven for 10 minutes at 425 F/.
- Reduce temperature to 350 F and continue roasting for about 25 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
