  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 2 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for handling and forming the dough


  • Preheat oven to 400˚Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Stir continuously until completely melted.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, basil, oregano, parsley, salt, and baking powder.
  • Slowly add the eggs to the dry ingredients and begin mixing.
  • Add the cheese mixture and Parmesan, and mix until thoroughly combined (dough should be sticky to the touch).
  • Oil your hands to begin forming the breadsticks. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, then form into logs, and divide again into 16 breadsticks total.
  • Place on the baking sheet evenly spaced apart. Bake for 12 minutes rotating the pan halfway through.
  • Remove the breadsticks from the oven, and lightly brush olive oil over the tops. Bake for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Allow cooling slightly before serving.
