Keto Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream


  • ½ cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup raw-sugar free peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup powdered stevia


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed. Pour into an 8 by 8 inch pan and then place in the freezer for a few hours. Remove and serve.


HACK: This could also be consumed as a pudding type of dish directly after blending if you don’t have time to freeze.
