Grease the bottom of your Crock-Pot with ghee/lard.
Add ground beef, green onion, black olives and cilantro in your Crock Pot.
Season with the salt and pepper, and give a good stir.
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of the salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours.
Slice into 6 pieces and serve.
