Keto Meaty Keto Breakfast (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp ghee or lard
  • 1 lb of ground beef cooked
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup black olives sliced
  • 8 eggs
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Grease the bottom of your Crock-Pot with ghee/lard.
  • Add ground beef, green onion, black olives and cilantro in your Crock Pot.
  • Season with the salt and pepper, and give a good stir.
  • Whisk the eggs with a pinch of the salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours.
  • Slice into 6 pieces and serve.
