Keto Meaty Keto Breakfast (Crock Pot)
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp ghee or lard
- 1 lb of ground beef cooked
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1 cup black olives sliced
- 8 eggs
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Grease the bottom of your Crock-Pot with ghee/lard.
- Add ground beef, green onion, black olives and cilantro in your Crock Pot.
- Season with the salt and pepper, and give a good stir.
- Whisk the eggs with a pinch of the salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 4-6 hours.
- Slice into 6 pieces and serve.
