Keto Piquant Eggs (Crock Pot)
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp lard or butter
- 2 green onion finely sliced
- 2 pinch grated hot pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 8 free-range eggs
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chopped dill for serving
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the green on- ions for 2 - 3 minutes. Season it with the salt, hot pepper, and cumin.
- Transfer the onion to your greased Crock Pot.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and extra hot pepper if you like very spicy food.
- Pour the egg mixture over the green onions in your Crock Pot.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill and serve hot.
