Keto Cream Cheese Cookies
Confession: I’m a complete sucker for anything cream cheese so it will come as no surprise that I’m hooked on these cookies. They’re not too sweet, a little bit tangy, with just the right consistency that they’re not too, you know, cheesy.
These treats are simple to make and sure to please!
First, the ingredient line-up. I know almond flour can be expensive. Pro tip: I have found some great deals on Amazon and most recently Walmart for the almond flour.
My favorite sous chefs rolling the dough into 1 1/2 inch size balls.
Enjoy with an afternoon cup of Jo!
