Keto Piquant Eggs (Crock Pot)

- 1 Tbsp lard or butter
- 2 green onion finely sliced
- 2 pinch grated hot pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 8 free-range eggs
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chopped dill for serving
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the green on- ions for 2 - 3 minutes. Season it with the salt, hot pepper, and cumin.
Transfer the onion to your greased Crock Pot.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and extra hot pepper if you like very spicy food.
Pour the egg mixture over the green onions in your Crock Pot.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley or dill and serve hot.
