Preheat oven to 425°Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Crack one egg into a small bowl, and whisk to make the egg wash.
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Stir continuously until completely melted.
Add the remaining 2 eggs and the almond flour mixture. Mix until well combined. Add the cheese mixture, and continue mixing until a dough forms.
Using your hands, divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a long rope. Spray the dough as you roll to make the dough easier to handle and ensure it stays moist.
Fold each piece into the shape of a pretzel, and brush the top, with the egg wash.
Sprinkle sea salt on top and bake on the middle rack for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm
