Preheat the oven to 360°Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, egg whites, and almond milk.
Using an electric mixer, combine the dry ingredients with the egg mixture.
Add vinegar, lukewarm water, and lemon juice. Continue mixing until well combined (do not over-process the dough).
Using a spoon, form 8 baguettes on the baking sheet (these will rise, so make sure to leave some space between them).
Score the tops of the baguettes diagonally, and make 3 to 4 cuts.
Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 300°F and bake for an additional 30 to 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven, and place the baguettes on a rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, slice and serve.
