Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs free-range chicken bones
  • ½ t curry powder
  • 1 cup celery sticks chopped
  • 1 cup kale chopped
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 t dried basil
  • ½ t pepper
  • 2 T hot sauce
  • Filtered water to cover

Instructions
 

  • Place the bones and veggies in a slow cooker, and cover with water.*
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, and cook on low for 8 hours.

Note:

  • To increase the flavor, roast the veggies for 20 minutes in the oven before placing in the slow cooker.
