Smoking Hot Broth
Ingredients
- 2 lbs free-range chicken bones
- ½ t curry powder
- 1 cup celery sticks chopped
- 1 cup kale chopped
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 t dried basil
- ½ t pepper
- 2 T hot sauce
- Filtered water to cover
Instructions
- Place the bones and veggies in a slow cooker, and cover with water.*
- Add the rest of the ingredients, and cook on low for 8 hours.
Note:
- To increase the flavor, roast the veggies for 20 minutes in the oven before placing in the slow cooker.
