Ingredients
  

  • ¼ pound chicken bones
  • 8 cups filtered water
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 3 T nutmeg
  • 2 bags echinacea tea
  • 1 T almond butter
  • 2 T grass-fed butter
  • 2 scoops keto vanilla protein powder
  • 3 t hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, and cook overnight, at a low temperature.
  • Consume first thing in the morning before a workout.
