Chicken Bone Broth
Ingredients
- ¼ pound chicken bones
- 8 cups filtered water
- 2 t cinnamon
- 3 T nutmeg
- 2 bags echinacea tea
- 1 T almond butter
- 2 T grass-fed butter
- 2 scoops keto vanilla protein powder
- 3 t hot sauce
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, and cook overnight, at a low temperature.
- Consume first thing in the morning before a workout.
