Ingredients
  

  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1 lb bacon diced
  • 8 cups chicken bone broth
  • 1 t turmeric
  • 1 t dried basil
  • ½ t curry powder
  • 16 oz chicken diced and pre-cooked

Instructions
 

  • Heat the coconut oil over medium heat in a large pot and cook the bacon pieces for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the bone broth and continue to simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
  • Add the turmeric, basil, and curry powder. Simmer for 5 more minutes before adding the chicken, mixing thoroughly.
  • When ready to serve, ladle the soup into bowls, and enjoy!
