Beef and Leek Soup
Ingredients
- 2 T coconut oil
- 2 cups grass-fed beef shredded
- 8 cups beef bone broth
- 1 T grass-fed butter
- 1 leek chopped
- ½ t turmeric
- ½ t cilantro
- 1 t dried basil
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat and add the grass-fed beef. Let the beef cook until no longer pink.
- Once cooked, pour in the bone broth, and place on low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then stir in the butter, leek, turmeric, cilantro, and basil. Let simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Once fully cooked, ladle out the soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
