Ingredients
  

  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 2 cups grass-fed beef shredded
  • 8 cups beef bone broth
  • 1 T grass-fed butter
  • 1 leek chopped
  • ½ t turmeric
  • ½ t cilantro
  • 1 t dried basil

Instructions
 

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat and add the grass-fed beef. Let the beef cook until no longer pink.
  • Once cooked, pour in the bone broth, and place on low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Then stir in the butter, leek, turmeric, cilantro, and basil. Let simmer for 5 more minutes.
  • Once fully cooked, ladle out the soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
