Instructions
Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat and add the grass-fed beef. Let the beef cook until no longer pink.
Once cooked, pour in the bone broth, and place on low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Then stir in the butter, leek, turmeric, cilantro, and basil. Let simmer for 5 more minutes.
Once fully cooked, ladle out the soup into bowls, serve, and enjoy!
