Keto Cucumber Salad
- 2 English cucumbers
- 1 small onion
- ⅔ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dill
- Salt and pepper
- Peel and dice the cucumbers and onion and combine them in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- In a cup, mix the Greek yogurt, minced garlic and lemon juice.
- Coat the cucumbers and onion with the yogurt dressing.
- Sprinkle the chopped dill over the cucumbers and stir until evenly mixed.
- Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
