Keto Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 English cucumbers
  • 1 small onion
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the cucumbers and onion and combine them in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  • In a cup, mix the Greek yogurt, minced garlic and lemon juice.
  • Coat the cucumbers and onion with the yogurt dressing.
  • Sprinkle the chopped dill over the cucumbers and stir until evenly mixed.
  • Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
