Ingredients

- 1/2 bunch broccoli

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Shred the zucchini, cucumber, and broccoli (use the ding attachment of your food processor or a grater). Squeeze out excess water.
- Combine the vegetables with the mustard, mayo, salt, and pepper to taste.
