  • 1/2 bunch broccoli
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 mmustard
  • 1.5 Tablespoons 22 mcoconut mayo (or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Shred the zucchini, cucumber, and broccoli (use the ding attachment of your food processor or a grater). Squeeze out excess water.
  • Combine the vegetables with the mustard, mayo, salt, and pepper to taste.
