Keto Morning Egg Scramble with Bacon
Ingredients
- 2 strips bacon
- 2 tsp ghee
- 2 T onion diced
- 2 eggs whisked
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Fry bacon until crispy, drain on a paper towel and set aside (keep warm).
- Wipe out the pan then melt ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and sauté for a minute or two until translucent and golden color.
- Pour in whisked eggs and cook, stirring constantly until the egg is done to your liking.
- Adjust seasoning with salt & pepper and serve on a warmed plate with bacon strips along-side.
