Keto Morning Egg Scramble with Bacon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 strips bacon
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 2 T onion diced
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Fry bacon until crispy, drain on a paper towel and set aside (keep warm).
  • Wipe out the pan then melt ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add onion and sauté for a minute or two until translucent and golden color.
  • Pour in whisked eggs and cook, stirring constantly until the egg is done to your liking.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt & pepper and serve on a warmed plate with bacon strips along-side.
