Ingredients
  

  • 4 large free-range eggs hardboiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Vanilla Bean Sweetener
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Halve the eggs lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a small bowl. Place the egg white halves on a plate.
  • Add the mayonnaise, sweetener, and cinnamon to the yolks and mash them together.
  • Transfer the yolk mixture to a zipper-top plastic bag and cut off a small corner of the bag at the bottom. Pipe some of the yolk mixture into each egg white half.
