Metabolism Healing Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice from 4–6 lemons
  • 4 cups filtered water or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut oil or MCT oil optional
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground or freshly grated ginger optional
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon liquid stevia or to taste
  • Pinch of pink salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until fully combined.
  • Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You will need to mix well each time you want to drink it if you let it sit for a while.
