Metabolism Healing Lemonade
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice from 4–6 lemons
- 4 cups filtered water or to taste
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut oil or MCT oil optional
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground or freshly grated ginger optional
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon liquid stevia or to taste
- Pinch of pink salt
- Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until fully combined.
- Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You will need to mix well each time you want to drink it if you let it sit for a while.
