Ingredients
- 1 chicken thigh
- 1 tablespoon of animal fat of choice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F ). Season the chicken thigh with salt, pepper, and any desired spices.
- Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Serve the chicken with an optional side of your choice of animal fat, which can be melted over the chicken for added flavor and nutrients.
