Ingredients
  

  • 1 pork chop 225g / 0.5 lbs
  • 60 g / 2 oz butter
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season the pork chop with salt. Melt half of the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the pork chop and sear on each side until golden brown, around 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Add the rest of the butter, rosemary, and crushed garlic cloves to the pan.
  • Tilt the pan slightly to pool the butter, and continuously spoon it over the pork chop for about a minute.
  • This will infuse the pork chop with the flavours of the butter, rosemary, and garlic, making it more flavourful.
