Salt and pepper
Instructions
Season the pork chop with salt. Melt half of the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the pork chop and sear on each side until golden brown, around 3-4 minutes per side.
Add the rest of the butter, rosemary, and crushed garlic cloves to the pan.
Tilt the pan slightly to pool the butter, and continuously spoon it over the pork chop for about a minute.
This will infuse the pork chop with the flavours of the butter, rosemary, and garlic, making it more flavourful.
