Grilled Chicken Thighs with Butter
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons lard
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
Instructions
Season the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Brush the lard and season both sides with salt.
Grill the Chicken:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.
Serve:
- Transfer the grilled chicken to a serving platter.
- Top each thigh with a dollop of the butter, allowing it to melt over the hot chicken, and serve
