Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened

Instructions
 

Season the Chicken:

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • Brush the lard and season both sides with salt.

Grill the Chicken:

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.

Serve:

  • Transfer the grilled chicken to a serving platter.
  • Top each thigh with a dollop of the butter, allowing it to melt over the hot chicken, and serve
