- Cooked pork cracklings pork rinds
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Season the pork chop with salt, pepper, and any desired spices.
- Place it in a roasting pan or Dutch oven. Cover the pan tightly with foil or a lid.
- Cook in the oven for 1.5-2 hours or until the pork chop is tender.
- Serve with pork cracklings on the side.
