Grilled Salmon with Butter
Ingredients
- 200 g 7 oz salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving optional
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon on the grill or in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and place a dollop of butter on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Serve the salmon with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired.
