Ingredients
  

  • 200 g 7 oz salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Place the salmon on the grill or in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Flip the salmon and place a dollop of butter on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
  • Serve the salmon with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired.
