Instructions
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon on the grill or in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Flip the salmon and place a dollop of butter on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
Serve the salmon with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice if desired.
