Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and desired spices, then cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and spices of your choice.
  • Reheat the pan over medium heat, then add the cooked chicken back into the pan.
  • Pour the whisked egg mixture into the pan with the chicken, stirring to combine.
  • Cook until the egg is set, then fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute.
