Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 50 g raw chicken breast
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and desired spices, then cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and spices of your choice.
- Reheat the pan over medium heat, then add the cooked chicken back into the pan.
- Pour the whisked egg mixture into the pan with the chicken, stirring to combine.
- Cook until the egg is set, then fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute.
