Bacon, Fried Eggs, and Avocado
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bacon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 avocado
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Start by heating a pan over medium heat. While the pan heats, prepare the bacon by laying the strips flat on the pan.
- Cook the bacon for about 4-7 minutes per side, depending on how crispy you like it. Once done, remove the bacon and set it aside on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
- Next, in the same pan with the bacon fat, crack the eggs directly into the pan.
- Cook the eggs for 3-5 minutes, depending on your preference. If you prefer sunny-side-up eggs, cook until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny. For over-easy eggs, carefully flip the eggs and cook for an additional minute.
- While the eggs are cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice or mash the avocado as desired.
- Once everything is ready, plate the bacon, eggs, and avocado together.
