  • 50 g cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon of duck fat
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Dice the cooked chicken breast. In a bowl, whisk the egg with salt, pepper, and herbs. Melt duck fat in a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the egg mixture, and cook until set.
  • Add the diced chicken and fold the omelette in half. Cook for another minute, then serve.
