Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 50 g cooked chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of duck fat
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Dice the cooked chicken breast. In a bowl, whisk the egg with salt, pepper, and herbs. Melt duck fat in a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the egg mixture, and cook until set.
- Add the diced chicken and fold the omelette in half. Cook for another minute, then serve.
