Keto Diet Snacks
Here is a little bonus snack idea that you normally might not think of as snack. Bulletproof coffee is a great snack on the keto diet, especially combined with a handful of berries or something light. You are still getting calories from the fat in the coffee and the caffeine curbs your appetite.
Here is a bulletproof coffee recipe:
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Grass Fed Butter, I really like the Kerrygold brand
- 1 Tbsp of MCT Oil or Coconut Oil
- 10-12 ounces of Coffee (or the typical coffee amount you see)
Directions: Add all your ingredients into your blender. Blend for 30 or 40 seconds. Your coffee should be nice and frothy. The time you blend the coffee may vary depending on your blender.
