Pea & Watercress Soup

  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 100 g watercress
  • 200 ml water
  • Sea salt and black pepper


  • Add the peas, watercress and water to a pan.
  • Boil the water, then turn to a simmer and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Add the soup mix to a food blender and blend until smooth. You can leave it slightly chunky or turn into a puree.
  • Add the soup mix back to the pan to bring to medium heat. Add a little more water if desired. Season to taste.
  • Serve and garnish with watercress on top of the soup.
