Sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
Add the peas, watercress and water to a pan.
Boil the water, then turn to a simmer and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Add the soup mix to a food blender and blend until smooth. You can leave it slightly chunky or turn into a puree.
Add the soup mix back to the pan to bring to medium heat. Add a little more water if desired. Season to taste.
Serve and garnish with watercress on top of the soup.
