Keto Mascarpone Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
  

  • 8 jalapeno peppers
  • ½ cup mascarpone
  • 1 pouch SuperFat Protein
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise. Discard seeds.
  • In a bowl, mix mascarpone, SuperFat Protein, and 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese.
  • Divide mixture between jalapeño halves. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and jalapenos are just tender.
  • Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Serve warm.
