Ingredients
  

  • 2 (¼ inch) slices sweet potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small apple sliced
  • 1 Tbsp pistachios chopped
  • 1 pouch SuperFat Macadamia MCT + Probiotics

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Rub each sweet potato slice with olive oil. Place on a small sheet pan.
  • Bake 15-18 minutes, until just tender.
  • Top toasts with sliced apples. Drizzle with SuperFat Macadamia MCT + Probiotics. Sprinkle with chopped Pistachios
