- 2 (¼ inch) slices sweet potatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 small apple sliced
- 1 Tbsp pistachios chopped
- 1 pouch SuperFat Macadamia MCT + Probiotics
Preheat oven to 400F.
Rub each sweet potato slice with olive oil. Place on a small sheet pan.
Bake 15-18 minutes, until just tender.
