Keto Mascarpone Jalapeno Poppers

- 8 jalapeno peppers
- ½ cup mascarpone
- 1 pouch SuperFat Protein
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Preheat oven to 425F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise. Discard seeds.
In a bowl, mix mascarpone, SuperFat Protein, and 3 Tbsp parmesan cheese.
Divide mixture between jalapeño halves. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and jalapenos are just tender.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Serve warm.
