Ingredients
- 3 large eggs 150g
- 50 g cheddar cheese about 1.8 ounces
- 1 tablespoon butter 15ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs together in a bowl.
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Grate the cheddar cheese.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan. Cook the eggs until they are scrambled to your liking.
- Add the grated cheddar cheese to the eggs and stir until melted.
