  • 3 large eggs 150g
  • 50 g cheddar cheese about 1.8 ounces
  • 1 tablespoon butter 15ml
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the eggs together in a bowl.
  • Season the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Grate the cheddar cheese.
  • Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan. Cook the eggs until they are scrambled to your liking.
  • Add the grated cheddar cheese to the eggs and stir until melted.
