Ingredients
  

  • 300 g beef meatballs about 10.5 ounces
  • 1 tablespoon beef tallow 15ml
  • 1 cup bone broth 240ml

Instructions
 

  • Heat the beef tallow in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the beef meatballs to the frying pan and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Remove the beef meatballs from the frying pan and set aside.
  • Add the bone broth to the frying pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the beef meatballs with the bone broth.
