Beef Meatballs Cooked in Beef Tallow
Ingredients
- 300 g beef meatballs about 10.5 ounces
- 1 tablespoon beef tallow 15ml
- 1 cup bone broth 240ml
Instructions
- Heat the beef tallow in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the beef meatballs to the frying pan and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the beef meatballs from the frying pan and set aside.
- Add the bone broth to the frying pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve the beef meatballs with the bone broth.
