Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric
- Cauliflower- cut into 1-inch florets
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- On a baking tray, toss cauliflower with olive oil, turmeric, garlic and salt.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until tender and browned, shaking tray midway to evenly cook all sides.
