Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric

Ingredients
  

  • Cauliflower- cut into 1-inch florets
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt ½ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • On a baking tray, toss cauliflower with olive oil, turmeric, garlic and salt.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes until tender and browned, shaking tray midway to evenly cook all sides.
