- 6 tablespoons cashew butter
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
- Pinch of sea salt
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt cashew butter and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until well combined.
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- Evenly spoon the mixture evenly into muffin tin.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
