- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
- Pinch of sea salt
Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
Melt cashew butter and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until well combined.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Evenly spoon the mixture evenly into muffin tin.
