Simple Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz tuna 1 cup
- ⅓ cup Paleo mayonnaise
- ¼ medium red onion diced
- ⅓ medium celery stalk diced
- ¼ cup curly parsley freshly chopped and packed
- ½ t black pepper
- ¼ t sea salt
- ½ t dried dill
- Optional: Mixed greens or lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Place the drained tuna into a large bowl.
- Add the mayo, and mash with a fork until there are no large chunks.
- Add the remaining ingredients, and mix until combined.
- Serve the tuna salad on top of mixed greens or as a filling for a lettuce wrap. You can also eat it alone as a side dish or snack!
