Simple Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz tuna 1 cup
  • cup Paleo mayonnaise
  • ¼ medium red onion diced
  • medium celery stalk diced
  • ¼ cup curly parsley freshly chopped and packed
  • ½ t black pepper
  • ¼ t sea salt
  • ½ t dried dill
  • Optional: Mixed greens or lettuce leaves

Instructions
 

  • Place the drained tuna into a large bowl.
  • Add the mayo, and mash with a fork until there are no large chunks.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, and mix until combined.
  • Serve the tuna salad on top of mixed greens or as a filling for a lettuce wrap. You can also eat it alone as a side dish or snack!
