Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric

Ingredients
Cauliflower- cut into 1-inch florets

olive oil
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
On a baking tray, toss cauliflower with olive oil, turmeric, garlic and salt.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until tender and browned, shaking tray midway to evenly cook all sides.
