  • 1 sea bass fillet
  • Lemon slices
  • 1 tsp Ghee/clarified butter
  • 50 g cooked shrimp or scallops
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and add ghee or clarified butter.
  • Season the sea bass fillet with salt, pepper, and herbs of choice.
  • Pan-sear the sea bass for 3-4 minutes per side or until the fish is cooked through. Warm the cooked shrimp or scallops in the same pan for 1-2 minutes and serve with the sea bass.
