Pan-Seared Sea Bass with Shrimp or Scallops
Ingredients
- 1 sea bass fillet
- Lemon slices
- 1 tsp Ghee/clarified butter
- 50 g cooked shrimp or scallops
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add ghee or clarified butter.
- Season the sea bass fillet with salt, pepper, and herbs of choice.
- Pan-sear the sea bass for 3-4 minutes per side or until the fish is cooked through. Warm the cooked shrimp or scallops in the same pan for 1-2 minutes and serve with the sea bass.
